Visualizing is the concentration of one's mind and the use of imagination to develop inner resources and support positive change.
Visualizing is a natural ability we all have, but like the ability to read, we need to be taught how to do so effectively -- how to relax the body and concentrate the mind, how to perceptively focus and engage our imagination, how to set realistic expectations.
Maps ... GPS ... Visualizations. Each can help us find our way to where we want to go. Visualizations can also help us identify how we want to feel and be .... calm, confident, capable .... and more.
Learning and then using visualizations provides a way to guide and help yourself along the path of positive change. Each time you practice, an impression is made in your mind. Over time, this can become a habit of thought and feeling that becomes stronger than other, less helpful habits. With time, practicing becomes easier and further benefits can be experienced.
I have trained over many years in Clinical Hypnosis and can help you create visualizations to overcome obstacles, identify goals and the steps to achieve those goals, and to cultivate positive inner emotional states.

the inner attitudes of their minds,
can change the outer aspects of their lives."
