Office Information FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the beginning time of the scheduled appointment to avoid paying for the session. Weekly sessions are 50 minutes, or one hour and 20 minutes, as pre-arranged. Appointment times are reserved, and punctuality is expected. First sessions must always be paid in cash. Thereafter, payment may be made in cash or by check, due at the time of each session. Please note that there is a $15 charge for bounced checks. Payments by credit card can be made through PayPal as arranged after the first session. Non-HMO insurance is accepted. Please check with your insurance company to confirm coverage. Statements will be provided at the end of the month for you to seek reimbursement. EMAILING Because conventional email is inherently insecure, the confidentiality of sensitive materials cannot be assured. Therefore, sensitive matters are best not communicated through email. Please also know that response time to an email can be as long as two working days. Thus, for any communication regarding an appointment -- or matter to be addressed -- within 48 hours, please leave a phone message at 617-782-5020. CONFIDENTIALITY All sessions are confidential. This means that the fact of our meeting, any identifying information about you, as well as the content of our discussions are private and will not be disclosed, except under the following circumstances:
